Aluminium Plate Cutting

We can cut aluminium plates of different thickness of size 4 feet  x 8 feet size. We are having 8 no. of the vertical band saw machines we can cut aluminum plates in different profiles. Circles up to 1500mm dia and thickness upto 100 mm can be easily cut. In the following images the different types of aluminum cutting are shown. Till now we have cut the circle cutting of size 1500mm dia and 100 mm thick Aluminum plate.

• This is an Aluminum-2014 black of size 155 x 155 x 120 mm which is cut in such a manner to save material as solid block
• Aluminium plates cutting into 5 pieces. Aluminium plate of size 450 x 250 x85 mm thick cut in centre length wise and the one-half of the piece is further cut into five pieces of size 450 x 125 x 16 mm.
• 3600 x 200 x 75 mm Aluminium plate length wise cutting
• 75 mm thick Aluminium cutting in profile.
• The solid portion has been removed to make use for other purpose.
• Aluminium plate cut in L –Shape cutting.
• 70 mm thick plated cut into different rings.
